Heavenly Acai is a family affair and is owned and operated by two families who live right here in NWA.Their affection for Acai started with one of our owners’ passions, travel. On family vacations to beach destinations, they tried Acai of all sorts and instantly became hooked. As vacations came to an end, so did their ability to get quality Acai. While living in NWA is awesome, options for Acai are not. Thus began a long journey to find the right Acai that they would be proud of to serve to the community that they love. Mariah and Josh-The most important thing to know about these crazy kids (yes still kids) is that they can’t help but talk about who they owe everything to…Jesus! Mariah and Josh live in NWA with their two children. You can find Mariah next door most days in their sister business NWA Aesthetics and Fertility. Mariah and Josh have a passion for life and adventure; life is short, make it count! Whether it be surfing in the Pacific, jumping off cliffs in Utah, Hot air ballooning in California, traveling through South America, telling strangers on the street about the best thing that’s happened to them or waterfalling Acai straight from the soft serve machine (kidding but not really), their passion is to make Jesus known in everything that they do and live BIG! Audrey and Galen live in NWA with their two children, gold fish “Bluey Pizza”, and Audrey’s not scary at all collection of 1,347 seasonal specific gnomes… When Audrey and Galen are not in the shop they are wearing their superhero capes and saving lives in the hospital or over at NWA Aesthetics and Fertility as they co-own as well. Audrey and Galen love helping others and serving the community. They both also have a heart for missions. Audrey is the executive director for Straw to Bread which is a 501c(3) which operates in Kenya in the Nyakach Plateau. They are currently working on building an educational system for the community that they serve. Audrey has been involved directly with this organization since she was in college and Galen has been involved since meeting Audrey.
The Call:
Supporting missionaries and Kingdom projects around the globe. These families have a heart for helping others and wanting to make a difference in their communities and world. That is why each bowl sold goes to help different missionaries and projects across the world. Whether it be in different countries in Africa, South America, the middle east or right here in the USA, Heavenly Acai wants to be on the front lines for making the world a better place.
